Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are open Monday to Friday, 07:30–20:00. Saturdays are currently TBC. Please use the contact form to tell us if Saturday opening would be useful to you.

  • Join online for £5 per month, prorated when you join. This covers digital app access. Desks cost £20 per booked day and can be reserved in advance, subject to availability. You can enter only on booked days, and the cancellation policy is 30 days.

  • A dedicated desk costs £350 per month on a yearly membership, with one month’s fee held as a refundable security deposit. Shorter terms may be considered if we have availability. Please use the contact form to enquire.

  • The six-person meeting room is for members to book; Flexy members pay £10 per hour. You may bring non-members to a meeting or book a second desk for a guest, but guests do not receive independent building access, so you must let them in.

  • There are three parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. EV charging is available through Monta, but we cannot guarantee that a parking or charging space will be available.

  • Members can use 400 Mbps Wi-Fi, monitors, three private call pods, tea and coffee, printing, kitchen facilities, bike storage, a chill-out area and air conditioning. Secret Workspace is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

  • We do not offer trial days before membership. You are welcome to request a viewing or ask questions through the contact form. We usually reply the same day, although it may occasionally take up to two working days. Sign up is required to see live desk availability and book.

  • We love dogs and may occasionally allow a well-behaved dog for the day with advance permission. This is not an everyday dog-friendly office, and we cannot accommodate barky or poorly trained dogs.

  • We do not currently offer mail handling or registered-address services. CCTV operates 24/7, and members use app-based digital access.
